As part of this commitment we have partnered with two great organisations who do great work throughout Australia, PonyUp for Good and SecondBite.
PonyUp for Good is a Social Enterprise who work with businesses to redirect donated, decommissioned technology from landfill, reducing e-waste, data erasing & on-selling it.
Profits are then donated to SecondBite, Australia’s fresh food crusaders, who last year, rescued 10 million kilograms of surplus food. That’s 20 million healthy meals for vulnerable people, including homeless, women and families in crisis centres, youth at risk, indigenous communities, asylum seekers and new arrivals to Australia.
The SXiQ team donates our retired technology to PonyUp for Good, making a significant contribution to food insecurity across Australia – turning our surplus technology into healthy meals for those doing it tough.
The SXiQ team is also donating direct volunteer hours and technical expertise to SecondBite, saving valuable dollars to their bottom line which, equate to the delivery of more meals for those doing it tough throughout Australia.
